Are your items handmade?
Yes! Every piece from The Inky Koi Studio is created by hand in Michigan. From carving stamps and pulling prints to painting and assembling products, no two items are exactly the same. Small variations are part of the magic and proof that your piece is truly one of a kind.
Where are you located and where do you ship?
I’m based in Michigan, and I currently ship within the United States. Shipping times may vary depending on the item and whether it’s made to order, but I always aim to get your art to you as quickly and safely as possible.
How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders ship within 5–10 business days. Made-to-order or limited-run items may take a bit longer, and those timelines will always be noted in the product description. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many items are handmade or made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and I’ll do my best to make it right.
Do you take custom or commissioned work?
Occasionally, yes! Custom work availability depends on my current schedule and capacity. If commissions are open, you’ll see details on my website or social media. Feel free to reach out with an idea and I can let you know what’s possible
How should I care for my handmade items?
For prints and artwork, keep them out of direct sunlight and away from moisture. For textiles or accessories, gentle handling is best. Specific care instructions will be included when needed so you can enjoy your piece for years to come.
